Meirav brings 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, including the acquisition of plots and buildings, contractor-led purchases, second-hand transactions, investment properties, and gift agreements. She also manages the tax aspects of real estate transactions. She holds unique expertise in receivership and the dissolution of real estate partnerships. Over the years, she has served in various capacities as a trustee, receiver, and estate manager. Meirav possesses specialized knowledge in the enforcement of foreign judgments under the Foreign Judgments Enforcement Law, 1958 (including securing a landmark precedent in Case H.P. 45724-09-17). As a certified Notary, Meirav drafts and authenticates prenuptial agreements, provides translations between Hebrew and English, and authenticates wills and other actions under the Notaries Law. She is also authorized to draft Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) documents under the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.
