Adv. Naor Yair Maman heads the Municipal Taxation and Investment Department. Throughout his career, Naor has played a central role in complex legal disputes and has secured significant legal precedents in Israeli courts.
In the fields of municipal taxation (Arnona, betterment levies, development levies, etc.) and the Israel Land Authority (RMI), Naor has saved clients hundreds of millions of NIS over the years. He is a co-founder of the Association for Unity and Efficiency in Local Government, which works to raise public awareness of structural failures in municipal taxation and their impact on the cost of living and the business sector.
